Consultancy
We do consultancy works on all Islamic financials services such as projects proposals on establishment of a an Islamic financial service. Mayzuh deals with trainings, Shari'ah advisory and consultancy services and setup for Islamic Windows and Fully-Fledged Islamic bank. We got experts with more than twenty five years in the field in African countries stretching from South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, DR Congo, Burundi and many others in Sub-Saharan Africa region. We also deal in a wide range of Islamic Finance such as Takaful (Islamic Insurance), Sukuk (Islamic Bonds), Islamic Microfinance, Islamic Mutual Funds, Waqf, Zakah and Halal Industry. Our experts have got years of experience in all these fields. In 2024, Mayzuh worked with Yusra Sukuk Company Limited in structuring Premier Sukuk to raise TZS 1.2B only to end up with TZS 1.924B (US$ 730,000). It was for construction of Premier Girls High School's hospital. In 2025, it also worked with Yusra Sukuk again for structuring of Zanzibar Quasi-Sovereign Sukuk to raise US$ 446 million in two tranches and in tranche one, they raised USD 152 million. In 2026, it has structured Fay Sukuk, a US$ 570,000, for construction of a real estate owned by Stemregen Properties Limited based in Tanzania. Currently, Mayzuh is working with Yusra Sukuk Company Limited again for Uganda Sovereign SGR Sukuk issuance, a Euro 464 million at its last issuance stage. Meanwhile, Mayzuh is working as Consultant for Uburezi Sukuk, a US$ 17 million University of Kigali new campus Sukuk. Mayzuh is also in various stages of Sukuk structuring across Africa such as Kabimba gold mine Sukuk in Zambia, a US$ 365 million; a Coal mine Sukuk in Suth Africa- a US$ 500 million. Mayzuh has experienced team of experts in various realms both in conventional and Islamic finance including five (5) dedicated Certified Sukuk Professionals and has its own Shari'ah Advisory Board.
Trainings
With experts and Shari'ah Scholars, Mayzuh Financials department of Mayzuh Company Limited is the right place for your training needs in all Islamic financial services. Using our experts, we provide training and consultancy services in all components of Islamic finance from Islamic Banking, Takaful, Sukuk, Islamic Microfinance including Waqf and Zakah management. Mayzuh is establishing an online Islamic finance training platform to be called Paradigm Online Islamic Training to provide basic, intermediate and advanced curriculum on Islamic Banking and microfinance; Islamic capital markets (Sukuk, i-CIS, i-REIT and i-ETF) as well as Islamic Insurance (Takaful) as affordable fees to enable more people to learn Islamic finance. I will be doing so in collaboration with its strategic stakeholders in Islamic Finance in Tanzania and across the globe such as CMSA, DSE, TIRA, Yusra Sukuk Company Limited, Yusra Takaful Brokerage Company Limited, ZIC Takaful, Albarakah Takaful and CIFCA (Tanzania), AlIbtihaj Management Consultants (Dubai), Salihin Advisory (Malaysia) and others.
